3. Project Documentation

4. Payment Process & Deposits
RenovaLink facilitates payments between homeowners and contractors for transparency and security.

• A 30% deposit of the total project cost may be collected at the start. This deposit is specifically used to purchase materials and cover initial labor.

• The remaining 70% balance is paid once the project is completed and the homeowner confirms satisfaction with the work.

• All payment records and invoices are documented and available for reference.

5. Data Security
Your data is securely stored on Wix, which uses strong safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

We share your data only when necessary:

• Homeowner data with contractors for bidding and project execution.

• Contractor data with homeowners to establish trust.
